TERMS & CONDITIONS – Beta Spuds "Go for Beta” competition

General

• The promoter is Beta Spuds (the promoter), A.B.N No 44 061 917 173.

​

Promotional Period

• Competition will commence 1:00am (AWST) Friday 10 September 2021 and concludes at Midnight (AWST) Tuesday        21st September 2021.

• Ten (10) winners will be drawn. 

• Winners will be notified by email and/or mobile phone call.

3.    Method of Promotion 

• Participants will need to submit their recipe on the Beta Spuds web page and supply contact details as per the online entry form.

• The top ten recipes submitted and as judged by an independent panel judges will be named as winners. 

• Entry of promotion is open to any individual who is a permanent resident of Western Australia; over the age of 18 (Eighteen) years. 

• Individuals may not enter the competition more than once.

• Only entries received via the official entry form will be considered.

4.    Prize details:

• Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) prize of a Family Pass to the 2021 Perth Royal Show, valued at $60 at the conclusion of the promotion.  

• The prize is to be accepted in good faith and will comply with regular rules of use.

• The competition is not open to staff or immediate family, advertising or marketing affiliates of the promoter.

• The total prize pack is valued at $600.00 (Six hundred) Australian Dollars 

• The prize will be express mailed to a Perth metropolitan area.

5.    Indemnity & Disclaimer

• It is a condition of entry that entrants must comply with all the conditions of use of prize.

• Additional expenses incurred as a result of accepting this prize are the redeemer’s responsibility and the promoter, or its affiliates accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of the same or for any loss or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize.

• The promoter will take no responsibility for lost or damaged entries.

6.    Reserved Rights

• Beta Spuds reserves the right to exclude any person from this promotion for any reason whatsoever.

• In all matters, all decisions of Beta Spuds will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Beta Spuds which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Beta Spuds reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion entirely.

• Entry details including name, postal address, email address and contact number are required upon entering the competition. 

• The promoter may  collect  your  personal  information  for  the  purposes  of  providing  products  or  services  or  information  about  those products or services, to you. Such products and services may include, but are not limited to, the conduct of promotions or competitions, the operation of mailing lists for promotional purposes and for the provision of other services requested by you.
